The Schedule is
Quarter 1
Publication Date – January 1
Submission Deadline – November 30.

Quarter 2
Publication Date – April 1
Submission Deadline – February 28.

Quarter 3
Publication Date – July 1
Submission Deadline – May 31.

Quarter 4
Publication Date – October 1
Submission Deadline – August 31.

Articles
Articles may be submitted by the original author in txt, pdf, doc, docx, rtf or odt format. There is no cost to submit an article. Articles submitted may or may not be published in the MOVA newsletter or on the Missouri Vendor Association website at the discretion of MOVA – Missouri Vendor Association. By submitting an article, you affirm that you are the original author and give MOVA – Missouri Vendor Association permission to publish the article.

Text Only Ads
Text Only Ads may be submitted by the authorized person via the Submission form text area for Non Associate Members. Associate Members will be given instructions on the submission form page. Text Only Ads must not exceed 100 words and may be only text, numbers and characters. No graphics are allowed. There is no cost to submit a Text Only Ads for Associate Members. Text Only Ads submitted may or may not be published in the MOVA newsletter or on the Missouri Vendor Association website at the discretion of MOVA – Missouri Vendor Association. By submitting a Free Text Ad, you affirm that you are the authorized person and give MOVA – Missouri Vendor Association permission to publish the Text Only Ads.
