Why does your calendar start on Monday?
We like to keep events together. Most events are held on weekends. So, we have the calendar start on Monday to allow Friday, Saturday and Sunday to be grouped together.
How do I change my Avatar Image/Profile Picture?
You can change their Avatar Image/Profile Picture from the edit profile page. After you log in, click your username in the top right of the screen. Scroll down to the “WP User Profile Avatar” section.
This image will be displayed on the Members List page.
How do I become an Associate Member?
After registering on the MOVA website and you log in, you will see a new link in the navigation menu.
The link will be “Become an Associate Member“.
Can I get another certificate?
Yes. If you are a MOVA Associate Member, you can order a replacement certificate.
You can also order a certificate for more than one business you own if you have at least one of those businesses or yourself registered as a MOVA Associate Member.
A link to order an Additional/Replacement Associate Member certificate can be found at the bottom of the Become and Associate Member Page.
What is a vendor show supporter?
A vendor show supporter is anyone who attends a vendor show, like a person coming to shop.
A vendor show supporter is also a person or company who has a product or service that is useful to vendors and vendor show organizers.
A vendor show supporter is also a sponsor of a vendor or vendor show.

Why are my URLs not clickable?
When adding a description of your event, you can add a URL and make it a link using HTML.
example: www.mo-va.org isn’t a clickable link.

The difference is the clickable link was added using the HTML

You can use this code to help you make your URL a clickable link.
How do I become an admin or moderator for the MOVA Facebook group?
We would love have you help us moderate. Once you are an Associate Member. Fill out the contact us form and make sure you tell us in the message that you would like to be a Facebook group moderator.
Why aren’t all member services, content and benefits free?
That would be nice. But making it all happen isn’t free. The membership fee is set very low and covers operating expenses.
Why do I need to enter all that information?
“Why do I need to enter all that information on the site registration form, the Associate Membership form and the payment form?”
We use that information to verify the payments are credited to the correct user and correct Associate Member.
