MOVA Members must show respect to other MOVA members, other vendors, vendor show promoters, vendor show supports, vendor show sponsors and the community.
MOVA Members will act in a mature, adult manner when representing MOVA.
MOVA Members are encouraged to assist in MOVA sponsored events and meetings whenever possible.
MOVA Members should assist other MOVA members whenever possible.
If a MOVA member cannot adhere to the rules of the Missouri Vendor Association and it is felt that a MOVA member’s actions or activities harm the Association, its members or reputation, that MOVA member may be excused from the Association without fee refund.
MOVA Associate Members are encouraged to offer discounts to fellow MOVA Associate Members whenever possible.
Each MOVA member will accept any and all liability for personal safety and or property damage at MOVA attended/sponsored events.
MOVA Annual Associate Memberships are for a full calendar year.
MOVA Rules and Regulations are subject to change.
The Advisory Board decisions are FINAL.
